The sink was clogged. The late receptionist ldt was very rude and not gelpful . The male receptionist though that checked us in was great. They force to use valet parking for their parking or use street meter They have regular prking or you park on the steet. Breakfast was a mess the hotel was overcrowded but they still dont want to refill when it is empty needsless to say the attitude of the workers at breakfast. They act like they are doing you a favor to refill the empty food. If you are fully booked you need to provide more food for the peole you host . One of the 2 slides were closed during our whole time of stay .

This is a great option for the kids with the pool, breakfast buffet, and game room. They do need to clean better & more often. The walkability of this location is wonderful. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The oceanview from the rooms is amazing.

We loved this hotel and extended our stay an additional two nights. The breakfast was awesome! The indoor pool amenities were excellent. Lazy river, slides, pool, hot tubs!!! The restaurant, Coconut Charlie’s, has the best food, especially the Pizza. We watched the new year’s fireworks from our balcony. Our stay was memorable! We will be back!!

The staff, amenities and services were excellent. I was disappointed with the room somewhat as there was no ventilation in the bathroom, water pressure was sad, and there’s no shelves or hooks in the shower to set personal toiletries. Two televisions but only one allowed to log into our streaming services.

Generally, this is one of the best places to stay during the winter months, particularly because of the spacious rooms, breathtaking views, and the indoor pool options. However, during this stay, the pool temperature was way colder than tolerable swimming conditions, and pool staff kept windows and doorways to the pool area open. They were using the cool air to make the warm indoor setting more tolerable while working, but everyone enjoying the swim area, had to endure the cold air blowing in while also trying to fight extremely cold pools. We traveled with a toddler, who is too young for a hot tub. During this stay, we certainly did not enjoy the pool as much as we have in the past. The hotel was not as clean as in the past either. I am not sure if we will return next year.

The room was dirty, there was stains on the sheets and on the couch cushions. The couch cushions looked like they had not attempted to clean just flipped over. Fan in the bathroom not functional. The parking situation is terrible! You either pay to vallet, park on the city street, or walk through run down area to park in a garage. The pool was very cold and the kids were not able to enjoy the pool which is why we chose this property to begin with. We had high hopes but will not be returning again.
