Compare Winery Hotels in Mystic

Hotel is very clean. Lobby welcoming with fireplace on. They offer a full breakfast and it was wonderful- not what I expected at all. Would definitely recommend, and will stay again.

Obvious room renovations. They were very nice. The bathroom was beautiful. Not sloppy workmanship like you often see in many hotels. Had all the amenities.

The breakfast is awkward because you call a number to have fruit and coffee delivered to your room. I’d rather a more traditional breakfast arrangement where you can go to a central location on the property to get what you want. The rest of the amenities and offerings were fantastic. The front desk gave fantastic recommendations.

The lady that checked me in was very nice and polite. Very helpful. The room was nice but needs to be updated. The carpets are old and have a mildew smell. But it was a very nice stay. I would have like to have breakfast at the hotel. There is a dinner on the same property. But the food on a scale of 1-10 was about a 2. Waitress was very nice. I ordered a Mystic Sunrise mocktail and was brought one that tasted like beer. When I asked she said it had champagne in it, and I reminded her that was supposed to be in mocktail so she took it away and returned with the correct one. But it definitely was beer..

The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend Best Western Hotel to family and friends.

Everything about this stay was warm and welcoming, from the personable front desk staff, clean, spacious room, easy parking, within walking distance of places to eat and shop.... will definitely come back.
