V nice hotel and v helpful staff

Everything was absolutely amazing. Nothing bad to say about this resort!

The resort provides excellent services including f&b, entertainment, activities, tours, cleaning, and many others. A couple of items, however, I would like to mgmt attention. At two different occasions, I noticed the head chef speaking in an abusive and demeaning manners to the staff. One time he called them “are you stupid” where to my surprise the staff kept silent. This is indicative of poor leadership. At another occasion, the head chef was speaking loudly to the staff. Hope action is taken to mitigate this observation. One other thing I want to bring to the attention of mgmt was the dancer’s behavior on Sunday night, 26 April. The dancer was more interested in collecting tips than entertaining. She had a baby put his hand on her breast which I thought was repugnant and is not befitting of a family environment. I want to commend the waiters, life guards, housekeepers, dining facility service staff. I would recommend this facility to those who are seeking relaxing time and fun.

Warm welcome from the reception team and easy checkin. Rooms are a bit dated, but spotlessly clean. We were upgraded to a seaview room. Fabulous towel art from our cleaner over our 2 days stay and little extras he provided 😊 The staff here are fabulous and cannot do enough for you. Food was so good here, lovely fresh salads,breads, egg station, pasta station, hot buffet selections lunch and dinner, plus Evening Roasts "chicken" "Duck" Fresh Tuna BBQ fish. The Head Chef takes pride in what he provides freshly made pizza is available at the pool and beach bars in the afternoon. Lobby Bar provides fabulous coffee 24hrs a day plus soft drinks. Alcohol served 10am untill midnight. Wine Beer and local spirits. Animation team are welcoming and fun and are always smiling. Beach is lovely with lots of beds again staff bend over backwards to make sure your comfortable, lovely shallow water ideal for children. 3 large pools and a small waterpark are available again the staff ensure you have everything you need.. This hotel is amazing value for money and we would return in a heartbeat. Location is fabulous just a small 15-20 minute walk to the left and your close to shops, restaurants inc Hard Rock Cafe should you wish to explore. Evening entertainment was also provided, starting with a childrens disco then a show, all in all a fabulous 2 day stay..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
