Great Location, but serious maintenance and cleanliness issues

We stayed at the property with 8 people, although it was advertised for 10. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our experience:The pool was dirty upon arrival and never cleaned, despite promises.Sleeping arrangements were inadequate: 4 bunk beds were unusable due to missing slatted frames—only metal bars supported the mattresses. One of us had to sleep in a camper van.The grill was broken, filthy, and completely unusable.The house was not properly cleaned: the coffee machine was dirty, and we had to buy new dish towels and cleaning cloths.A broken blackout blind in the bedroom was reported but never fixed.Although the landlord responded to our messages and repeatedly said a handyman would come, no repairs were ever carried out.In a nutshell the price-performance Ratio was bad.On the positive side, the location and view were excellent, and with proper maintenance, this could be a great property. However, in its current state, we cannot recommend it.
