Book Nadbai hotels

The hotel no longer exists and shouldn’t be listed on Expedia. The compound is under new management. The rooms are spacious but quite basic, and the large area around the various buildings is quite run down.

The room was okay, but it was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The TV was not working, and despite informing the staff, they were unable to fix it and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Although Wi-Fi was provided, the internet speed was extremely poor and not a single app worked, making it useless. Also a formal complain about a serious issue with my recent hotel booking made through Expedia. I booked a hotel room for a two-day stay, and my booking clearly mentioned that breakfast was included for both days (I have screenshots as proof). However, upon reaching the hotel, the reception staff informed me that they had received only a room-only booking from Expedia and that breakfast was not included. I was told that if I wanted breakfast, I would have to pay separately. Left with no alternative, I was forced to pay again for breakfast for both days, in addition to the room charges already paid through Expedia. This situation was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and would like a clear explanation on whether this issue was caused by Expedia’s booking system or the hotel’s mismanagement. Regardless, as the booking was made through your platform, I hold Expedia responsible for ensuring that the services shown at the time of booking are honored. Action requested: Immediate refund of the breakfast amount that I was forced to pay at the hotel. A written clarification on how this error occurred.
