Staff and amenities were the highlight but nothing special was done as requested for our honeymoon. The small details really do matter. The food was below average. Healthy options were very minimal and when they were available it wasn’t as described. They also wouldn’t let us reheat our leftovers which I understand is food safety but we paid for it at your hotel so having microwaves for more family friendly amenities would impact the amount of people who stay. We paid a lot to be there so having good food is a must. The food was very disappointing especially considering how much you pay for it. We appreciate the staff and all their hard work. I’d suggest they make family friendly rooms for guests travelling with children.

For us we feel that the staff is what make this resort a 5 star . They made us feel like family very loving people . Without the stuff this result would not be able to be a five star for us. The hotel is attractive with opulent features throughout. The pools are great for long swims and there are many to choose from. Good food choices and excellent staff. Close to Nadi airport. The beach is adjacent to the main commercial and industrial developments of Nadi so the water is not great. You’ll need to be farther away for snorkeling and diving. But can’t beat the convenience for access to the airport or when getting to/from the ferry. Will go back again.

This was an amazing property. I have never seen such large pools in my life! Two of the pools had to be about 250' long and maybe 10-12' wide. They were really relaxing. Rooms were great and the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection, including made to order mochas/cappuccino, etc! My only complaint is they had a loud party going on one night that made it a little crowded and less peaceful with 2 bars blaring music until 10:30pm. If i would have know about the party before hand, I would not have booked. Otherwise, the hotel was simply amazing and probably one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in. Other than the party, it was a 5* experience.

Food is ordinary, and expensive. Service tends towards inattentive and unprofessional, albeit always friendly. Beachfront is nice but the seawater is unattractive (no coral or tropical fish). Rooms are spacious and comfortable but rather lacking character. Avoid rooms 210+, as they overlook a contruction site and receive a plume of kitchen exhaust.
