Hotel was way too big and noisy for my liking. We had to line up for breakfast every morning for about 10mins before we were seated where we didn't want to sit and was told we had no choice. Huge issue with checking in when we checked in in the morning and came back late afternoon to be told they'd given our room to someone else and wanted us to stay in another hotel overnight. No thankyou! After about 7hrs...YES SEVEN HOURS! of them mucking us around with finding us another room and the bedding arrangement (they brought a mattress and placed it on the floor expecting us to sleep on it!), we settled for a mattress on a day bed base for one night. We were moved to another room the following morning. I finally met with the GM and spoke to him about my concerns which he was appalled and compensated me, but only because I asked for compensation. Come on Crowne Plaza educate your front line staff better. Not sure if I would stay there again simply because it's way too noisy and busy for me wanting to holiday in a quieter environment.

Nice property and great pool space, however everything was VERY expensive compared to our other stays in Fiji. Simple drinks by the pool and bar $30 plus FJD and couldn't get anything to eat for less than $40. Service at bars and restaurants was lacking, hard to get served. Nachos we had by the pool took over half hour and were very soggy. Ok for an overnight stay but wouldn't want to stay here for long as it's too expensive to enjoy the property. Also shuttle only runs once a day so had to pay $$ for taxis to go anywhere. Great DJ thought at their ocean front restaurant, brought life to the hotel scene at night.

The room was clean, modern and spacious. The staff were very friensly and helpful. The resort had many amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. The only thing that could improve is the mini mart as there werent a lot of things available. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Every single staff member in the hotel was very friendly and warm. Especially the server in the beach front restaurant, Vacalaini, she was very sweet and looked after us and my daughter very well. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the swimming pools were amazing, the buffet had great selections of food. We had a great time. Only one thing was that when we checked in the hotel we were told that our booking wasn’t included breakfast. But I was sure that I paid for the breakfast. I don’t know it was “Hotels.com”‘s mistake or the hotel’s reservation administration mistake. Unfortunately the itinerary didn’t show anything about breakfast and hotels.com’s AI customer service wasn’t great. Fortunately the hotel staff, Lydia, kindly checked it with their reservation team. She was very helpful. Overall the hotel and the staff were amazing!! Beautiful beach front location and close to the airport. Highly recommend!

The property is nice, but there are several areas that could use improvement. At all the restaurants I visited, the service was extremely slow, and the menus were dirty and sticky. Additionally, the food was served cold. Out of the four nights we stayed, our room was only cleaned twice. Furthermore, our room was located next to a construction site, and the heavy equipment caused vibrations during operation.

Food excellent but can be slightly on the more expensive side but also a range of alternative bars and good eating places within an easy walk that offer cheaper alternatives. Buffet breakfast was amazing and well worth the money. Beach offers a lovely breeze but nicer to swim in the hotel pool. Away from the madness of Denarau but still offering all the comfort you’d expect from a top resort. The staff at Crowne Plaza Nadi were absolutely first class — no ‘Fiji Time’ here when it came to food or drinks; service was quick and professional. The recreation team ran great activities and were friendly and engaging. The food was excellent with plenty of variety. There is a small kids club that’s still being developed, but it’s a good start. Being right on the beach gives you an incredible outlook. There’s also a True Mart just a short walk away, which is handy for grabbing snacks or drinks and saving a bit of cash. Highly recommend staying here!
