Everything was impeccably clean. Gardens were always maintained, pool was immaculate and the rooms were always fresh and serviced. We stayed here during the off season (late August) so it wasn't very busy which was so nice. Always a lounge available near the pools, never a long wait for food or cocktails. Staff were so friendly and always accommodating. They went out of their way to give you the best experience. Such an amazing place, I'll definitely be back.

Our stay at the Crown Plaza was amazing. Such beautiful staff, the restaurants were fantastic. Cannot fault the food. The only criticism is that there was no oversight of children swimming in the adults only pool. Whilst having families is a wonderful option, the adult only areas should be respected for those of us needing a break from little ones.All in all this is simply a fabulous venue with the most divine staff to make you feel welcomed.

Very friendly staff, great service. Be aware there is a large construction project currently ongoing there, our room faced workmen and bare cement all day. Ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. We were disappointed as the entrance and grounds are beautiful and well maintained

We absolutely loved our stay at the Crowne Plaza Fiji! The hotel was immaculate—spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and visually stunning. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their friendliness truly made our experience even more special. Our whole family, including my mum, had such a wonderful time. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would return in a heartbeat. We are gold members so we’re disappointed to be given a room with the sea the pool everything blocked just a thick hedge. Room wasnt chkd properly for incoming guests. Fridge flooded out door tv turned off behind the wall which had to be pulled out to turn on.
