Our stay at the Crown Plaza was amazing. Such beautiful staff, the restaurants were fantastic. Cannot fault the food. The only criticism is that there was no oversight of children swimming in the adults only pool. Whilst having families is a wonderful option, the adult only areas should be respected for those of us needing a break from little ones.All in all this is simply a fabulous venue with the most divine staff to make you feel welcomed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out with a courtesy room, which made a huge difference to my trip. Their attentiveness and willingness to help truly stood out. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Incredible stay at this recently built property right on the beach. They have the friendliest staff we have ever encountered at a hotel. Fijian people are truly a treasure.

Construction is ongoing . We were told it would be done by the time we arrived ( March 2025) and that our room would be the farthest away from the noise. It was literally surrounded by dirt, construction tools and early morning power tools. It’s very clear they have YEARS of construction left .

Great first experience in Fiji!

What an amazing stay. Staff were absolutely wonderful being the friendliest people I’ve dealt with along my travels. I rarely walked by any staff without a “Bula!”. Joji, one of the pool servers made our trip. He remembered all of my family members names (7 of us), and was extremely helpful with ideas and suggestions of tours and things to see. Find Joji at the pool, amazing guy! I’d stay at this hotel again for sure!
