The staff were so helpful. our daughter arrived very late and there was no food available and the staff went into the cafe and found cookies and cake. The day of our checkout I left my IPad behind- I was contacted and then the staff very graciously arranged for a guest checking out the next day to bring it to me at our next destination. Above and Beyond service! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Palms for a stay in Denarau! And the cafe coffee and breakfast were all fantastic!

The room was clean, stress-free, friendly and professional check in service in the evening. All of the staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety of foods, and my children enjoyed a swim im the pool afterwards. Would rerurn in the future. Well done to the team.
