For the price, the hotel is great. Hopefully it gets a bathroom renovation soon and a slight update to the room. But for the location and that it’s in an absolutely beautiful and historic building, I’d stay again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
We understand that the building is old, but they should be cleaning and repairing things in the hall and in the apartment. The bathroom is disgusting. There is mold on the ceiling. The floor is dirty and the shower as well. They try to paint part of the shower and the floor and walls, the door does not close all the way in the bathroom. It is rotted and poor fitting door. The ceiling is peeling, and there are cracks in the wall. The whole building needs to be rehab. The filters in the air conditioning units need to be cleaned in order for them to work not by my husband when we get there the windows are hard to open and they’re all cracked and peeling, I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

Budget friendly, not fancy
Room was OK for price paid. Bed was very hard and no room to turn around in the room.
We booked two rooms and they were in separate buildings a couple blocks apart.
One was by the office which had a bird making noise most of the time.
Street noise.
We’re above a busy bar, it’s loud up until 11-12pm after that silence.
No elevators, no parking as per their amenities. We got lucky with a spot by the docks at n/c.
It’s clean, management are readily available.

It was very hard to gind our property. There are a couple different buildings all in different areas. The address on the website is not clear.
Lovely room except for the street noise. Windows aren’t sealed or double glazed so all constant street sounds of cars, motorcycles and loud passers by are heard clearly. Impossible to sleep before 1am. It’s probably great in off season as it’s right in the centre. Very clean and attractive room.
Great spot. But pay close attention to the room you pick. Building D has very low quality rooms in a bit of an odd area of town that has a lot of construction happening nearby when we were there. Building B is wonderful though. So if your budget allows, book rooms there instead of D. The staff ... Particularly the owner's son ... Was super helpful.
If you book, beware the photo does not match the room you get. The main photo is for building B which had the modern, pretty rooms. Building D is like a hostel. Not where I want to be. We sorted it out eventually because they had rooms available. If they did not, I would have wanted my money back. This is the fault of Expedia. They need to provide better photos.
I booked this place last minute after some confusion at another pension nearby. The room was ready quickly and it was very spacious! The view from the little balcony was my favorite detail. Perfect location for exploring Nafplio. The bed was not the most comfortable, but overall, I enjoyed my stay!
What a charming place in the heart of the old town. Our room, 15A, was cleverly decorated, spacious, and lovely. It also had a balcony with 2 chairs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.
Clean and well-situated vis-a-vis the shops and coast. Very cute room.

Everything you could want!
Marvelous experience. Decor and cleanliness of the rooms were outstanding, and breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Special praise for the ladies who presided over breakfast. They made us feel so at home.
Our only critique was a lack of confirmation of our reservation, even after we followed up with the host. We were on the road in Greece without knowing for sure that we had a place to stay in Naufplio. Better communication up front would have made our experience a perfect 10.
