Any customer service, please?

Nicely decorated and spacious accommodation. A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. Out of the 3, I take 1) very seriously. When I called them for the check-in instruction, they didn’t know why it happened nor they seemed to care why it happened. Being on the road can be stressful and they were adding more stress on my plate and the best answer they could give was “it happens sometimes.” Not good. Not good at all. All in all, i am not quite sure if the place really is worth the price.

無人ホテルが初めてだったので戸惑いはありましたが大きな問題なく使用でき、部屋もキレイで使いやすかったです。チェックアウトの時のゴミ捨て場がわからず、確認も取れなかったのでゴミは仕方なく持ち帰りました。唯一のネガティブな部分でした。

事前チェックインをしてたけどまた中で色々しなくてはならず少し時間がかかったのが不満でしたがそれ以外は部屋ま広くてとてもよかったです。また利用したいです。

편리한 호텔 다인실 가능

숙소는 훌륭한 시설입니다. 위치도 좋았습니다. 이용의 편리성과 청결이 마음에 들었습니다. 1층에는 셀러드 등을 파는 가계가 있어서 아주 유용했습니다. 가족 6인이 묵었으며 불편함이 없었습니다. 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어 있었으며, 샤워실은 세면실(세탁실)로 나누어져 있어서 여러사람이 동시에 사용하기 좋았으며, 간편한 취사도구가 있어서 편리하였습니다.

とにかくコスパが良いと思った。部屋は広い、綺麗、食器類や洗濯機まであり、長崎に泊まることがあればまたここにしたいと思いました。
