Hotel Forza Nagasaki is great - it was clean, conveniently located above a shopping street with restaurants and stores, and close to bus stops. The hotel provided additional amenities near the front desk (e.g., microwave, laundry, vending machines, packets of toiletries). Our room was relatively spacious. There was space to open up both our luggages and enough table space to put stuff. We were provided with comfortable slippers as well. There were leg massage machines provided in the room; however, we didn't use them. Lastly, the hotel offered luggage store before check-in and after checkout. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is very conveniently located in Nagasaki. Tram station just outside and Chinatown 2 minutes walk. Within a covered shopping centre and plenty of restaurant options. Room was a really good size too. Very good value for money.

Avoid this dated property. Good location near Chinatown and local shopping district but ten minutes streetcar ride from the train station. Room ventilation was poor and I had difficulty sleeping. Clean room but furniture a bit worn. Breakfast was decent though.

I was expecting an efficiency room, but this was much more like a western hotel room. It was nice and big, with some extras like foot and back massagers, and bottled water. The staff seemed like maybe they were overworked or annoyed with me, but they were still polite, just maybe tired of guests like me making mistakes with the check-in screens. All in all, this was a great place and a good surprise. I really loved Nagasaki and recommend more people go there. But not too much more, it’s good because it is not over-touristed yet.
