フロントの人が日本語をよく理解しない

受付の人が日本語をよく話せないので、困った。 4桁の番号、例えば「1234とコメ印」というのだがそのコメ印がよく分からない。 文字を印刷したものも見せるのだが意味不明。アスタリスクならまだ分かりやすいものの、見せられたのは「1234※」であった。何のことか皆目分からない。 そういうわけで部屋に入るまでにかなりの時間が掛かった。

とてもキレイで、部屋も広さがあり、とても良かったです。 部屋にお皿とコップはあるけど、包丁がなく、あれば持ち込んだものでも過ごせそうです。 受付で1日ひとつ、冷凍パスタ等がもらえるサービスも何気に役立ちました。
