Great amenities in the room, very clean except huge stains on the ceiling of all places, like someone had splashed cola. There’s a whole racket to sign up for their loyalty program in order to check in an hour earlier than normal.

Hot water by the sink is really burning hot and I think unsafe for kids and elders, can be lower from 100-70 is enuf washing hands U think? It’s 2025 buffet not free but U think U can order your own style of eggs and is it so difficult to have few pancakes? All staff are all smiles and very nice, but why not begin with managers, too tired to flash even fake smiles. Love to stay bc it’s a nice hotel and convenient to return again. Will stay and get another go why not, things can be improved ☺️✌️

Beautiful rooms and communal spaces, and the staff were very gracious. Very conveniently located by Nagoya St. and the bus terminal, with some great restaurants nearby. The gym is a bit small.
