Beautiful house on golf course with amazing sunset views and Beach Club access

Located at Milepost 15, in the Baymeadows section of the Village at Nags Head, the house is located on the sound side overlooking the 7th fairway of the golf course with a nice view of the sound. A grocery store and local shopping are within walking distance from the house (one mile) and restaurants and entertainment are only a short drive away.

During your stay, you will have access to the Village at Nags Head 'members-only' beach club during the season (Memorial Day- Labor Day). The club has private access to the beach, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis courts, arcade and activities for the kids, showers and a bar/restaurant with great lunches at reasonable prices. You won't need to pack food and haul coolers if you don't want to! .

On the ground level of the house you will find an outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off. There is also a closet with beach chairs, beach toys and four bikes for roaming around.

On the entry level, you can relax in the master bedroom with a king sized bed and master bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on this level. One has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has a king sized bed. The washer/dryer are located on this level as well as a second full bathroom. All of the bedrooms have TVs and a door out to one of the many decks.

On the sunny top level you will find a well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home during your stay. Relax in the living room with a 42-inch TV, Stereo/CD, and DVD player. There is also a half bath on this level.

Our location is perfect for families. The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and backs up to the golf course. It has a large front deck with four Adirondack chairs and a hammock for relaxing. It has a back deck on both levels with stairs for easy access between the two decks.

We are within a short distance of putt-putt, go-carts, beach stores, movie theaters, bowling lanes, and many fabulous restaurants. There are a wide variety of water sports available -- jet skiing, para-sailing, water skiing and kayaking to name a few. For bargain shoppers the Outlet Mall is only one mile away and includes stores such as Ralph Lauren, Coach, Gap, J Crew and many more.

The charming town of Manteo is only 10 minutes away and there is also the Wright Brothers Monument, Jockey's Ridge Sand Dunes, North Carolina Aquarium and much, much more for you to visit.

Relaxing Spring Break Getaway

There are sliding doors where you can see the sunset. House is very clean and I appreciate that all bedrooms have a king or queen bed. We went during spring break so the town was relaxed and the weather was great. I would definitely go back to this house.

Great Experience!

My family and I had a great time. The house was very clean and it was tastefully furnished. The kids loved the hammock and hubby loved cooking in the stocked kitchen. The house was close to restaurants and the beach. Overall, a great experience!

Great OBX Stay

The house was immaculate and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with various supplies, dishes & pans. The storage was stocked with multiple bikes, chairs & umbrellas. The house was walking distance to the beach, but with the highway, we ended up driving because we have younger kids. Only thing that would have made it better would have been if we rented a golf cart for local travel. It was our first time staying in OBX & the house helped make it a great experience!

Best Vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time! The house was perfect. Very clean, lots of space, host was gracious to include a welcome package, linens, towels and beach supplies! Communication was excellent! Answered all of our questions, gave us suggestions and checked in during the week! House is close to sooo many things! Grocery store, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, outlets! The Beach Club was a HUGE hit! We swam, had lunch and utilized the private beach access and convenient parking! We can’t wait to visit OBX again and hopefully book the same rental! We had a wonderful week and would recommend this house to anyone!

Family Vacation

We loved this house! It was in a beautiful golf course neighborhood and it also very quiet. The house was clean and very well maintained. We loved having the living room and kitchen on the second floor. There were a lot of windows which allowed for beautiful views. The house gave you access to a pool and beach which was just across the street. Also the owner was very nice and responsive. We saved the address in case we vacation at the outer banks again.

Beautiful sunset views

Great house, perfect for our family of four, we all fought over the hammock on the deck : ). We vacationed with our two kids (early 20's). We enjoyed staying within the Village of Nags Head, allowing us to park by the beach as well as use of the beachside pool. The house was clean and well appointed and the the owner was incredibly responsive.

Wonderful beach house, Outstanding Host!

My husband and I invited our daughter & her family to spend the week with us. Our grandsons are 4 & 7 yrs old and this house has everything we needed for a fun week. From included access to member facilities that included a beautiful pool & private beach access to a house well-equipped for a young family or a group of adults. I wasn't initially sure about staying on the bay-side but that quickly became a non-issue. The breezes on both the porch & back deck were perfect respite on a hot day. And most importantly, Linda is the most responsive Host we've ever experienced! We would not hesitate for a hot minute to recommend being her guest. Thank you!

Much needed stay

My family (husband, 11 year old, & two 10 year olds) and I had an amazing week at the beach. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and has everything that we needed! We loved having access to beach chairs and boogie boards; we went to the pool and to the beach every day. Each day we had a ton of fun and were completely relaxed at the same time. We are ready to go back already!

Fabulous Getaway

Had a great week - July 2023 -at this beautiful house! Our host gave great recommendations for restaurants ! This location is so close to all the amenities , food, attractions...and the sunset views are amazing - an easy bike ride or walk down to the gazebo/pier for great pics...we also loved the use of the VBC for pool , snacks, and tasty drinks....only a shuttle away or can drive..very nice! We had a great time and highly recommend ! Our host was great :).
