It was right on the beach. The staff called me to ask what time I would be there and went out of their way to text me instructions on how to get into my room since I was coming after hours. It was an amazing location. If I had to complain about anything, it would be how small the shower is. Other than that. Great place. Great staff.

Be careful when reading the property description. The pictures lead one to believe they are getting more than the basic room provides. We incorrectly assumed we were getting kitchen facilities. We had a tiny fridge and microwave, but nothing more...our mistaken assumption. Some confusion at checking (given key, but not the code). Pool was dirty and hidden away in an inconvenient location. The person at the desk was pleasant and helpful.

We like Mia's boutique because it is small, clean, quiet, and recently renovated. We don't have to have spacious and extraordinary for a stay for a night or two. Many amenities are overrated and very expensive when all is said and done.

Staff was fantastic. Location is excellent. Bathroom was Europe size but had everything. Pool was very refreshing after a day on the beach. Never had any housekeeping our three-night stay but we normally send them away for such a short stay due to environmental sustainability concerns. Would definitely rebook at this property.

Proximity to the beach. One blanket didnt reach up to cover you when in bed. The other was primarily just decorative (only 18in or so in length). They did check us in early with no additional fee.

Great stay access to the beach, pool was perfect for a post beach dip. Only complaints was for a 4pm check in a 10am checkout seemed a bit early also there is no where to put things in the bathroom, sink and shower small and there’s no shelving. Bedroom was spacious and super clean and comfortable. Would definately stay here again!

The best stay at the OBX!!!!!

AMAZING STAY!!!!! 100% will be staying again. Staff very nice and hospitable. Room very clean and upgrades noticed. A/C perfect! Beds are probably the best beds we have ever slept on at a hotel. Very close to everything that we needed for our little get away. Property very nice and clean. Safe area. We literally left chairs and bathing suits and umbrellas outside our door and they were left alone. Pool is very nice and clean! The absolute best part, that our two pups got two stay with us for no extra fee!!!! They are very pet friendly and we absolutely love that!!!!! Only recommendation for anyone traveling to the beach, bring a broom and dust pan. The sand gets everywhere.

Nice place in great area

It was clean and in a great area for everything. bathroom could've had more hooks for hanging towels or swimwear. Another mirror would've been nice. easy beach access. nice pool. friendly and helpful staff.
