Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Horrible

We didn’t end up staying. The host was nowhere to be found. Finally our Uber driver reached her and half an hour later someone showed us to lead us to the apartment. It was a pit. We booked 3 bedrooms, but it had only 2 and not enough beds. I finally spoke directly to the host and asked her if she booked through hotels.com, and she said maybe…a long time ago. Fortunately we reached someone else who had an apartment nearby, so we moved there. I have been charged for memos but plan to demand a refund from hotels.com
