the staff is amazing, the price is right, the rooms are actually apartments in which you can cook, eat and relax. The grounds are secure and have a pool and sauna. I will certainly stay there again when I re-visit Nairobi.

The staff at the hotel was excellent. I arrived early and they were accommodating and were able to get me into a room. I was appreciative, because this was after a long overnight flight. The room was more rustic than I had expected, but nice, nonetheless. It was reasonably clean, although the bathmat could have been cleaner. The bed was very comfortable 9.

The receptionists need to be trained to know that prepaid room guests do not need to fill out the reservation form again when they check in. Additionally, they should know how to validate guest information on their systems. When I arrived, my information was not validated on their computer system. My passport and other information should have been validated on their system, which was not turned on. I was asked to fill out a form to determine the amount to pay and the currency. However, I had already made payment weeks ago in the US before coming to Nairobi, Kenya.
