Very clean room and great service from front desk. Requested late c/o and they honored it. Had small kids who wanted to enjoy the pool and it was clean too. The hot tub was little hot for us so avoided it. Had breakfast too which can be a little better but still 4/5 in quality. Overall, had a great stay. Thank you.

We were looking for somewhere nice to stay on the island. When we found this location it was really new and nice so we took it right away. The pull out bed for myself was really comfortable and the sheets on both beds were nice and clean. Super conveniently close to the harbour and within the city centre. The only thing that I’d suggest is asking housekeepers to come by later. We were checking out at 11 but they showed up at 9:30. Besides that front desk staff were great and they really beefed up security in the parkade so we had no issues with safety or break ins. Overall 10/10 and we’re going to come back next time we stay on the island. Thanks!

Modern, super clean hotel - a bit slow on 2 things

This hotel was spic and span, with the most modern bathroom and furniture design. It is right near the boardwalk and the main fun streets Two slow things - Checking in took longer than average. What the heck are they writing down by hand? - If you opt for breakfast, it is made to order from a menu, and took 10+ minutes to receive. We were the only ones in the dining area at 6:45 a.m., I cannot imagine if there are 3 families and 2 couples all wanting to eat at the same time. For $9, it was a decent price for a breakfast and coffee/tea Parking was reasonable at $9/night
