Cocoonr agency offers this charming studio apartment in the heart of the city for rent. With a surface area of 26m² and located on the 5ᵉ floor (with lift), it can accommodate up to two travellers. Thanks to its central location, Le Cinq is the ideal flat for discovering Nantes and its nuggets. It comprises a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.

The accommodation consists of
- A lounge area with TV, internet connection and desk. The living room converts into a sleeping area with a foldaway bed (140x200) and a sliding partition between the kitchen and the living room.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob, kettle, toaster, combi oven, Nespresso machine, etc.
- A shower room and separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, clotheshorse, iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Neighbourhood and activities :
- From the foot of the building, you can see the entrance to the famous Passage Pommeraye.
- Stroll around and discover the many shops on rue Crébillon
- The Place Graslin opera house
- Natural history museum
- Cours Cambronne
- Castle of the Dukes of Brittany

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby "Graslin" public pay car park.

- Buses C1, C3, C6, 23, 26 and 11 are a 2-minute walk away, at the "Saint-Nicolas" stop.
- Tram lines 1, 2 and 3 are a 5-minute walk from the "Commerce" stop.

- Le Cinq accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the flat for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
