The Napa Yellow House is a charming, colonial style house on the Historical Register off of the Silverado Trail which contains some of the best wineries in Napa. Two bedrooms with King and Queen sized beds plus a full size fold-out sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with combo tub and shower. Luxury Aloe Vera mattresses with high thread count sheets and quality, natural fiber bedding. Walking distance to downtown with fantastic restaurants and entertainment. 2 blocks from the Oxbow Public Market, one of Napa Valley's best attractions with a number of restaurants, coffee roasters, wine and cheese shops, bakery and more! It's just a few steps more to downtown with endless opportunities for dining, wine tasting rooms, day spas and boutique shopping!! Outside dining area with gas BBQ, patio table with umbrella and potted flowers creates a lovely space for you to enjoy your days procurements or to spend time with family and friends. Soak under the stars after your long day in the hot tub!

** The house is small, just 786 square feet with much of the original hardwood floors and windows. If you prefer modern, sleek surfaces and new to old, you may not like this house. The pictures are accurate, please don't rent this house and then complain that it's small or old.

This house was a short walk to the downtown area. If you’re adventuring out at night, a headlamp or flashlight is advised because the neighborhood streets have minimal lighting.The house has a long driveway and a nice backyard to bbq or to sit under the trees. The hot tub was clean but please be aware of the hours it can be used.The interior of the home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Because it’s an older home, the doors can be hard to close and footsteps can be heard because of the flooring. The bathroom was small and had minimal shelving to place toiletries on. The water pressure of the shower was good and there was plenty of towels for bathroom usage and for the hot tub.

Beautiful little house and we so enjoyed it! It has anything you need and close to everything in town. We had easy access to restaurants and shopping. I definitely recommend the Wine Train as well. The station was just 5 minutes away. It was a lovely experience and we will definitely return to The Yellow House!!

Nice property in excellent location

This property is located in an excellent location close to Napa centre. The property met our needs but was a little tired in places and could have done with a paint touch up here and there and a thorough deep clean. There was dust in corners that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The accommodation was somewhat overpriced in our view. That said, the host was very responsive and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay there.

Great little gem in a perfect location.

Loved our stay here. The cottage is “old”…but in a charming and cozy way. It doesn’t actually feel small. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room cozy enough to relax in, and both bedrooms are relatively large, with comfortable beds. There is charm all over this place—my wife deemed it one of her favorite places we’ve ever stayed. The location is wonderful…10-15 minute walk to downtown Napa was great. Easy to hop on highways and shoot up the valley to wineries (which we certainly did). It was clean, communication was clear and the stay was easy. When we return to Napa, this will be the first place we check on our return.

Great little house close to everything

We stayed at this cute little house with our dog for a wedding taking place at the Silverado Resort. The house was conveniently located near downtown Napa as well as the Silverado. There was a little park nearby that we walked our dog to everyday, and the neighborhood was lovely. The house was a perfect size for us and we enjoyed our stay!
