This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home split over two levels is designed for comfort and relaxation. Featuring a generous backyard, pool, and spa for those long summer afternoons or cozy evenings under the stars.



Whether you’re planning a family weekend away, a friends’ getaway, corporate stay or simply some time to unwind, the home has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The open-plan living areas flow seamlessly outdoors, making it ideal for entertaining, BBQs, or lounging poolside with a glass of local wine.



Conveniently located just minutes from Napier’s CBD, you’ll be close to boutique shops, vibrant cafes, and the famous Art Deco architecture the city is known for.
