Newer hotel. I guess that the reception person who checked us in was in training. Didn't even tell us where the elevators were nor how the hotel was set up or the pool area or restaurant were. We had to start asking and asking questions for everything. Once we get to our room. The toilet was clogged and didn't flush. Thank goodness it was only number 1 I did. Had to call maintenance.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is very clean, beautiful, and modern — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to shopping and plenty of great restaurants within walking disyance. Parking was easy with a large lot available for just $20 a night. The rooftop bar and pool were definitely highlights — very stylish with comfortable lounge chairs and a great atmosphere to relax in. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it’s a great value for the location and decor. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very clean and modern. Two things we don’t love was the pool is attached to the dining area and in view for that. It was also full of kids and families, not big and unable to feel a relaxing vibe but I suppose good for families. The second item was no room service at all. Location is ideal and we did enjoy our stay and the cleanliness. Cleaning archive in the room was limited and made beds but didn’t remove garbage or empty containers from the room, a bit odd.

Overall, I really liked the property. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. I found the staff very helpful and courteous. I don’t like this part, but my only negative comment is going to be about housekeeping. On the first full day we were there, the room was not attended to. The beds weren’t made, drinking glasses that were used the night we checked in were not cleared away and replaced. The second full day, the room was attended to, but the dirty glasses were still in the room and the bathroom counter was not cleaned properly. Trash cans emptied, towels replaced and beds made. I will definitely revisit this hotel. Love that in the evenings satchels of lavender was available.
