This place was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and also willing to accommodate when our plans didn't match their normal operation. The breakfast was great. You have the ability to customize what is included on top of their standard menu and there is an extra level of relaxation because it's delivered to your room for you to enjoy on your own schedule. The location was great, quiet, but also really close to Spaccanapoli with easy access to many attractions. We really enjoyed our stay, I can't recommend them enough.

Great place - very clean perfect location, beautiful design, very spacious. My family and I (two kids and two adults) stayed for 2 nights. The staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is AMAZING and brought to you in the room. Great variety and freshly made items (fresh squeezed orange juice, pancakes, organic honey, etc.) Thank you Bruna and team!!

Quand on arrive devant la grande porte en bois extérieure, on ne soupçonne pas la pépite à l'intérieur. L'accueil est parfait avec Bruna ainsi que les conseils pour les lieux à visiter et les restos alentours. Et la chambre était parfaite tant dans l'agencement que la décoration. Le petit dejeuner le matin, à commander la veille est un luxe car vous le prenez dans votre chambre, il est livré à l’heure souhaitée. Bref, digne d’un super grand hotel. L’experience était parfaite .Nous conseillons les yeux fermés l’adresse !

Great service, lovely and spacious room. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a smooth check in and check out. Bruna recommended good places to eat and visit. She even helped us book transport to the airport. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is room service. It’s very good and lots of options. Angela made great pancakes. Our flight is in the evening. They stored our luggages so we are able to go around the city. We are satisfied with our stay. I highly recommend Accadia Relais.
