I found the art Street hotel to be very clean and quite modern with great staff that assisted me using the public transport local places to eat and taxi to the airport,they also did a very good breakfast in a nice dining area on the second floor of the property, I found the location of the property to be ideal for what I needed to do in Naples as I did a lot of day trips to Rome, Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. The property of also offered good security with the front door locked a code to get into the floor that you’re on and a code to get into your room..

Naples as a city can feel a bit messy at times, and the area around the hotel is no exception—but that’s just part of the city's character. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise: the rooms were always clean. The staff truly stood out—Nadia and Marco were absolutely amazing! They were super friendly and gave us excellent local recommendations that made our stay even better. The location is also very practical, just a short walk from the train station, with taxis easy to find nearby and the city center within walking distance. Overall, a very good stay!

Very practical

My go-to stay in Naples. Convenient to the main station and public transportation. The neighborhood looks iffy but is fine. The hotel itself is practical and clean. No desk 24 hours but codes to access the building.

It was conveniently located to the train station, but it's not a great neighborhood. The hotel is hard to maneuver since we had rooms on two floors with kids. There are different codes to enter each floor. One of the rooms was more of a closet with 3 beds. It felt old, dirty, and we couldn't wait to leave.

Do Not Recommend!!!

With the overall rating of this place I was expecting at least a decent stay. Our room was disgusting, our bathroom did not look clean with someone’s hair in the sink. Our floors were definitely not even swept with hair and debris all over the floor. The sheets had weird stains on them. The overall room wreaked of an odd scent. The beds were very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again nor recommend it. We only stayed for one night and were debating even staying for that long.

The lovely woman that checked me in was so helpful and so lovely! Nothing she wouldn’t have done for us. We felt welcomed and appreciated. The bathroom had mould in the shower, no fridge in the rooms either. Very average hotel with exceptional staff working there

Although the staff was wonderful, I was shocked that there was no overnight personnel in the facility. I paid for a hotel. That includes 24/7 staff to help ensure that I, a female, solo traveler, stays safe, especially since the neighborhood did not seem secure. There was no access to food except at breakfast, not even vending machines. Would not return.

Staff and service was stellar! Convenient location - main train station is close by, plus most main attractions are walkable. Sound proof windows so didn’t hear any noise from the street and used air instead. We were located on the floor where the eating area was, so in the morning it can get kind of noisy. They offer breakfast for €5 per day or plenty of places nearby to eat as well. They also offer day tours, so the trip to Pompeii was made easily. The shower did overflow quite easily and looks like a lot of mineral buildup so probably needs a deep cleaning. Aside from that, I would recommend staying here.
