BLUE PARADISE !! VANDERBILT BEACH, WALK TO MERCATO FOR SHOPPING AND NIGHT LIFE

Please come and stay in our 3 bedroom/2 bath 2,169 square foot screened, southern exposure, heated pool home. It's available for your warm getaway or longer term rental. The main floor has a queen size bedroom with flat screen TV, bathroom, a " media room" with a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating, a laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, stone counter tops, new stainless steel appliances extends into the dining area. Glass sliders open from dining area into the enclosed lanai and pool deck. The first floor also has a spacious living/sitting room which does not have a TV, that's right, it's a screen free room !!! Enjoy the games for family game night or quiet reading. Upstairs has a large king size bedroom with a desk, for your convenience. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bath with walk in shower on the second floor. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV with cable. A child Pack and Play is available for young children.

All the furnishings for your vacation needs are waiting for you. Linens, bikes, beach towels, chairs and toys. A Delnor-Wiggins beach /state park pass is provided for your convenience. Make a day of it and plan to grill at the state park and stay for the sunset. Please refer to the welcome book for information on all of the state parks in Florida and amenities offfered.

If the beach is not your interest, stay in for the day and enjoy the sun and heated pool. There is a pool deck under the screened lanai with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and loungers. A Weber gas grill is available for your grilling needs. Settle in for another perfect day.

When you head off to the beach for sun and surf in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters, water sports equipment rentals are available. Our home is located a mile from Vanderbilt Beach and about 2 miles from the entrance to the quieter and less crowded Delnor Wiggins State Park/beach.

Jump on the bikes and make sure you plan evening trips for nightly spectacular sunsets at both places.

A wonderful feature of this home is that it is within a quick walk to the Mercato shopping and entertainment district. You'll find a wide variety, ranging from Whole Foods Market, exclusive luxurious shops, Silver Spot Cinema, the Pub, AZN cuisine, the Wine Loft, Cavo Lounge. Check The Mercator online for current live entertainment and dancing options. Historic downtown Old Naples, botanical garden, zoo as well as an abundance of fine restaurants are also close by. Visit Marco Island and take a ferry to Key West. A quick ride to Fort Myers and you can catch spring training baseball.

Suitability: Minimum age limit for renters is 25 years, children welcome, no smoking inside house, pets not allowed without prior approval.

Great Location

Blue paradise is at a perfect location - you can walk to the Mercato and other restaurants nearby. You can ride your bike to two beautiful beaches nearby. Or if you don’t want to beach it - you can hang out in the sun by the pool or in the shaded area of pool (with a ceiling fan!)

Overall, this is a nicely taken care of rental. There were a couple of minor things that would have been nice (the A/C doesn't make it to the upstairs bedrooms very well and there was some mold on the downstairs shower curtain). But overall, the house was very clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and it's conveniently located.

Fantastic vacation home

Literally, everything was great regarding our recent stay! The pictures of this listing were spot on, and the home was extremely clean and ready for our arrival. The neighborhood was really quiet, but it was close to everything that you would need to access during our stay. The pool was great, and everyone in our party enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the pool every day. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a great place to unwind. The owners, the pool and the close location to the beach make this a great place to rent while on vacation.

Perfect Vacation

Our family of 6 (two adults and 4 kids ranging from 6mo to 7years) stayed here and had a wonderful vacation. The home was clean and had everything we needed. My kids especially enjoyed the pool. Everything about the property was great! It was fun to have a covered, heated private pool right outside our door. The property was clean and organized. Easy to find, convenient to many places. Plenty of beach & regular towels, board games to play, kitchen well stocked with tools & small appliances. 6 adults stayed, we all agree, we would stay again.

Great Family Beach Vacation

We had a great Spring Break trip to Naples. The weather was great and the house was clean and lived up to the description. It was convenient to two local beaches (Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Pass). The kids enjoyed playing in the pool between beach trips. The house had a couple of different spaces for relaxing and lounging which helped the readers and the tv watchers have their own space. Property owners were responsive to our inquiries throughout the process. Thanks!!
