Great location

The property manager was excellent & communicated well. The location was fantastic. The place was very tired & not updated. It was not move in ready when we arrived with many basic everyday needs not available. Bedding, soaps, bathroom items, blinds, electrical plug ins, TV channels, etc not up to par. The manager did replace most of these items when we complained. They should have been in place before our arrival.

Needs a gut rehab

Pro's, good location, west of 9th st and proximity to 5th Ave.Con's, needs a professional renovation, unit will not pass an inspection from building dept. in current condition. Electrical face plates broken with 1970's extension cords, front entrance has no security lock a stiff wind will blow it open. Outdoor firepit is in disrepair and probably dangerous, not to mention the spider webs and soap scum in the shower plus bed coverings and pillows should be replaced along with kitchen ware.

This was a bad rental

Dirty dirty dirty. Mold. / dirty pool. / bird poop on rusted out grill / washing machine failed. Do not waste your money here !!!! VRBO should rid themselves of this one. This was the worst vrbo stay ever.
