Its back yard is totally fenced and we do have gardening service on Saturdays that take about 15 minutes to do their job. It also has a paved out door parking for 4 cars. It does have an attached Garage Living Unit, which is totally independent from the main home, with no indoor or outdoor connection, which is occupied by owner/family on and off. They have their own pebbled park space at the left side of the home, next to the paved garage space.
