A beautiful hotel with excellent service. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the extensive breakfast each morning in the grand hall. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and modern. Would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Napoli.

The place to stay in Naples

Well-located (walk to Archaeological Museum and Santa Chiara), charming hotel with palatial breakfast area. The neighborhood is filled with shops and Neapolitan character!

Nice Hotel But Issues with Staff

Hotel is in a good location in the Old Town Area. Front desk staff were not helpful when we needed luggage racks in the room and the breakfast staff had loud music in the mornings, had other hotel employees come to the breakfast area and use their fingers to eat while standing and chatting. The breakfast room is gorgeous and worth going to breakfast.

Lots of graffiti everywhere. The Centro part of town has unpaved, narrow, one way streets. Two neighborhood restaurants were excellent and offered very good value. The staff were helpful but at night, the streets were not well lighted. The breakfast buffet was very good with a combination of European and American breakfast items.
