This was the least pleasant stay in our 3 week Italy trip. The hotel is located in a super loud area, lots of traffic and pollution. The check-in process had to be coordinated ever step of the way and getting someone to open the door to the building where the reception is was a 30 minute ordeal. Getting to the 1st floor where the reception is was an issue as the elevator only went to floor 2 and then had to be taken again to floor 1, then we had to get off floor 1 with multiple language and carry it 1/2 floor down by stairs as the elevator takes you 1/2 a floor higher. The room smelled like sewer, my husband had to make a shower drain cap out of plastic bags to keep the smell from leaking from the sewer. Breakfast is order by marking items on a car and delivered to your front door in the am to be eaten in the small room. One good thing was the hot water stream we enjoyed since our last B&b in Taormina had no hot water.

The front desk agent was welcoming and did a great job attending to my needs as I arrived before check in time. She provided recommendations of places to eat and even helped direct me to Pompeii via public transport which saved me money. The room was clean and staff prompt when responding to questions.

Great stay in Naples

The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was wonderful! The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was really good, timely and well done. Marco at the front desk was super accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! The location was within walking distance of absolutely everything we wanted to see. Great central location!

Everything was wonderful for my week long stay in Napoli at Dimora Duomo. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast each day was a perfect start to the day. My room was large with high ceiling, excellent air conditioning, a small kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Check in was smooth and entering / exiting the property was easy. I will look to stay here again on my next visit to Napoli.

We were greeted by a member of the staff and she walked us through everything for the building and made recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The noise from the side streets was pretty loud, but died down later in the night.

There is a lot to love! The location is great, only a short walk to everything you want to see. The staff communicated before and during our stay and were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a great perk and there were a lot of options to choose from. It was even better that it was delivered right to your room. The room was very comfortable - the mattress was great, the shower was very large. If you are headed to Naples, don't hesitate to book here!

I had a wonderful stay at Dimora Duomo! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and quick. Good location , close to the Scapa Napoli which is well worth a visit. The breakfast system was nice, you get to choose the day before and it delivered to your room in the morning. It was delicious. Nice TV system too.

Lorenzo was so wonderful. We had a fabulous experience. The room was nice and big. The breakfast served in our room was great. The view out the window the Napoli's street was lovely. We walked to several attractions and that took a quick taxi to the ferry station at the hotel book for us. Mostly everyone was just so nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Marco and his assistant were absolutely amazing! Fully renovated room, AC, two balconies, place is walkable to port, Toledo, pretty much all historic landmarks of Naples… we’ve taken a tour to Pompei, they picked us up, within 2 minute walk from the property. Marco used WhatsApp, so if you travel without local cell service- not a problem, WiFi is enough, and he was able to open everything for us remotely, even when no one was around. Breakfast served in the room… I was super happy :)
