Worst experience ever from this Holiday Inn!!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The moment we entered our room, we were hit by a strong smell of urine. We immediately raised the issue with staff, who acknowledged the odor but informed us that there were no other rooms available. While the receptionist and maintenance staff were polite and promised that a manager would follow up, we never heard from anyone — even after we checked out the next morning. The level of customer service was far below what you would expect, especially when paying for what is advertised as a “quality” stay. The restaurant was another major letdown. We were charged €98 for two adults and two children, and when we raised concerns about the freshness of the food, the staff dismissively told us it was made from frozen products. When we requested some form of compensation for the overall poor experience, we were told nothing could be done because we had booked through Expedia. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. Save yourself the trouble — stay far away from this hotel.

Air conditioning in room didn’t work, other guests near us were very loud. The resturant is horrible and very over priced. I ordered the gnocchi and it tasted like canned tomato soup. The mall near us was always closed but subway is very close to get to other areas.

Liked the hotel. Rooms and restaurant was awesome. Great distance to airport. Only drawback is it is in an ugly area of the city. The sole reason to choose this hotel is its profit the airport. When you are at the hotel you stay at the hotel and don’t walk around.
