The hotel was clean and centrally located. I had read it was hard to find so I was prepared for that. Since we took a taxi from the train station they took us right to the place. When you get there push the button next to the hotel name and it unlocks the door. It is a door within a door (picture ). It’s on the 1st floor (floor 0 is ground). The breakfast was good and included with the room. They charge for waters or drinks taken from the refrigerator. I’ll would recommend this hotel.

We are happy with the hotel staff, very attentive, the breakfast good, the room too. It is a hotel that is close to the port, the metro, so it has plenty of access. I would recommend it to others.

Rooms are large. They each have several small balconies. WiFi works good. Breakfast was good with fresh squeezed juices different ones each day. Bed comfortable. Hotel is located on 2 floors of an apartment building on main boulevard. Near many attractions and in between 2 metro stations. Found great restaurants in the area. Very walkable, lots of shopping. Great location. Nice stay.

The staff was great and they even arranged a airport drop off for me. The rooms were clean and the location was very walkable however the noise from the street was so loud. I would suggest the hotel offer complimentary earplugs otherwise most ppl will not get any sleep. We left to early to enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

The entrance was hard to find and we hadn't been given instructions about what it looked like and how to get in the locked door and to watch your head as you stepped in as there was very low clearance and I hit my head several times

Staff were helpful , breakfast was ok and room was spotless. Is this a 4star hotel and is it an actual hotel ? Location is awful , on a busy duel carriageway. Our room was on the second floor with a city view of a scruffy and dirty side street. The noise in room 206 is terrible, we had a constant buzzing noise , the pipes/plumbing banged , vibrated and you could hear all the water coming down the drainpipe . It actually sounded like a hammer drill going off . And we found out why ? All the air con units , water and other essential pipelines were on the wall to our room . We did complain but , what was the point . And guess what ? The hotel quotes the rooms are soundproofed . So why can you hear everyone else who lives in this apartment block . Not worth the money we paid ..

Probably our worst stay. I regret booking this place, I should have done more research. Location not the best. The good thing is they have valet service for reasonable price but the rooms were small. They charged me for water when the host originally said it was included. Overall I would say just stay there if you need a night to stay don’t expect too much.

Great breakfast, and nice that it has a balcony. Tricky to find. When you enter the building, there is no visible signage or indication that you are in a hotel. Only until you get to the stairs do you see a sign to go to the second floor. Comfortable and basic. 12 min walk from the train station and easy walkable distance to many sights, shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was fine, on a main avenue and near the historic district. Naples, on the whole, is dirty and graffitti ridden...no matter where you go. So while it seems like a skeptchy neighborhood, they all look the same...only there 1 night and was fine. They arranged for our 4am transfer to airport, which was great.
