This hotel appears to have been recently renovated & it looks quite nice. With an early flight the next morning, we chose this hotel being close to the train station and airport with transfers. It isn't close to either and we had to pay for our transfers, which we were told was actually a taxi. No one responded to our email request for a transfer before we arrived at the hotel. The air conditioning in our room could not be changed on the remote and it was so cold we spent the night huddled under a sheet with no blanket provided to keep us warm. The front staff went off at 11 pm. I found some of the fruit at the breakfast had mold grown on it. It was fortunate we were only at the hotel for one night, but it was disappointing.

Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. We have a blast time here. Good beds, the most important of this placed is the staff, the Italians are very friendly and attentive and they bring the breakfast to the room. You like VIP 😎 thanks.

No airport transfer, but still wonderful hotel

The front desk is amazing. They order taxis and assist with ideas of where to go and what to eat. The one thing that needs to be more honest is that there IS NO AIRPORT TRANSFER. It says there is on hotels.com but this is not true. The front desk can order you a taxi, but it's very difficult to do over the phone before you arrive.

I was extremely happy with our room which was beautiful until I tried to take a shower at about midnight only to to find there was NO HOT WATER!! I tried calling the front desk but no answer. I went downstairs to see the guy at the front desk and the glass sliding door was locked. I looked and there was no one at the front desk. I knocked on the glass door off and on for about a minute or 2 and no one came. I dont know if the guy was on a bathroom break or what but NO ONE was there. I returned to my room forced to take a COLD shower. This was quite disappointing. Apart from that and the very limited dining options in the area, I would have rated this hotel a solid 5/5.

The hotel in general was good., But , the reservation stated that an airport shuttle service was available; however, upon calling from the airport, I was informed that no such service was provided. The delay of our flight further compounded the issue, as there was a shortage of taxis, making the situation quite challenging especially with children.

The place is clean but the room is hot, can’t adjust the control of the air conditioner ( was pre set), the drain in the shower is not draining properly, while taking a shower the water level was to my ankles, took a while to drain the water.

The room itself was a bit small but reasonably clean. However, the bathroom was very small and had visible mold. One major issue was the number of mosquitoes in both the room and the hotel, I’m not sure why, but I had to request mosquito spray every day. The location was disappointing. The area felt unsafe, people weren’t friendly, and very few spoke English. It’s also quite far from the train station and the city center. Honestly, if you can, avoid staying in Naples. The city didn’t have much to offer. We only stayed there to try the pizza and visit Capri and Pompeii, but later realized that Sorrento is a much better base for both, closer, safer, and more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying in Sorrento instead.

The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.

The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen staff was nice. Drawback is it doesn’t have its own parking space for guests. Lady Receptionist didn’t provide an extra key card for us ( only 1 for 4 adults). We asked and they said they only give one. The surrounding area is so so.

Room was very comfy and breakspfast plentiful and delicious. Staff spoke good English It was further out from the centre of Naples than I realised, but there was a bus stop a couple of minutes walk away with regular buses
