Very good centrally located hotel which is in the vicinity of the central train station. Ideal for shopping and dining and very safe.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

Booked a double room for 2 people, was given a solo room with no door to the toilet and could not change room. Was unable to stay here as they could not provide the room which I paid for. Ended up staying at another hotel. They also refused to refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Terrible experience, hidden cleaning charges

This place has a couple of hidden scams. Firstly, you will be asked € 10 at your arrival as EXIT CLEANING FEE..have you ever heard of it?? I haven’t Secondly, the reception is 15 mins walk away from the room. Be aware if it’s late at night or if you an old person, you will need to walk up a hill Thirdly check out at 10am!! This is not an hotel..and reminded my why Airbnb is so successful!

Catastrophique

Hôtel bruyant, sale, lit inconfortable, pas de lunette de toilette, et pour le petit déjeuner la machine à café fonctionne quand elle veut et les gâteaux à l’air libre sont servis plusieurs jours de suite Le prix bas est encore trop cher Je ne recommande pas ! 😡

Una struttura a dir poco vergognosa. Poco prima di raggiungere la struttura mi inviano una mail usando come scusa che la carta di credito non fosse valida, cosa non vera perché è una carta attiva che sto utilizzando tutt'ora. Mi hanno lasciato in mezzo ad una strada poco prima di soggiornare... Ho dovuto prenotare in una nuova struttura all'ultimo momento pagando dieci volte di più! Vergognatevi!!

Freundliches Personal, aber die Sauberkeit muss unbedingt verbessert werden: -> Wasser lief in der Dusche nicht richtig ab -> Der Duschkopf war undicht -> Schimmel in der Dusche Positiv war: -> WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert -> Roomservice kam täglich -> Frühstück war in Ordunung -> Klimaanlage funktionierte
