Notre pire expérience avec Hotels.com

Environnement ultra bruyant, la chambre se trouve au-dessus d'un bar pour jeunes, la sono va à fond depuis 16h jusque passé minuit. Aucun accueil, aucun service (un nettoyage sur trois jours), pas de petit-déjeuner sur place, l'équipement de la chambre ne correspond pas à la description. Manque d'information générale. Le seul contact avec le propriétaire s'est fait via WhatsApp.

Bonjour Pour votre info, nous avons du rĂ©server un autre hĂŽtel aprĂšs la 1Ăšre nuit de notre voyage car nous ne pouvions pas rester 2 nuits Ă  Portici Ă  l’hĂŽtel “La Dimora dei Borboni” La chambre Ă©tait situĂ©e juste au dessus du bar “le Bayard” avec music DJ jusqu’a 2h du matin en terrasse et des fenĂȘtres de l’hotel qui ne ferment pas (peut ĂȘtre exceptionnel en ce dimanche de PĂąques) Ce bar/restaurant est le lieu oĂč nous devions prendre notre petit dĂ©jeuner. Outre le fait qu’il n’a ouvert qu’a 9h30, il a fallu pousser les chiens errants qui dormaient sur les banquettes; le petit dĂ©jeuner a consistĂ© en 1 cafĂ© / croissant mĂȘme pour nos enfants. La chambre nĂ©anmoins Ă©tait propre mais un chien errant dormait dans le hall de l’hotel. Aucun accueil (sauf un clochard sur les marches) - j’ai du Ă©changer avec le propriĂ©taire par WhatsApp pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs alors que je lui avais bien prĂ©cisĂ© Ă  quelle heure pis arrivions. De plus, difficile d’acces en voiture car le port est zone piĂ©tonne. Bref, je vous suggĂšre de ne plus recommander cet hĂŽtel! Mme Vincent

Da Consigliare a Chiunque!!!

La stanza Ăš appunto in un palazzo antico perfettamente ristrutturato proprio sopra il porto dei pescatori nella zona che d'estate Ăš ZTL e che il resto dell'anno Ăš completamente transitabile. Sotto si trovano alcuni baretti piacevoli per un aperitivo Giuseppe, che ci ha accolto per il check in Ăš disponibilissimo e piacevole. Ci ha accolto con cura ed attenzione. La stanza con balconcino con vista sul Porticciolo, Napoli e sullo sfondo l'isola di Ischia Ăš perfetta. Lo consiglio a chiunque!
