We had a wonderful stay - the room was fabulous, the location great and the breakfast was delicious. Served in the cafe downstairs - simple, but just what we needed to start our day. But most of all was the warm welcome we received from the owner and staff that made our trip all the more special. We would not hesitate to come back to this hotel when we come back to Napoli - and we will as soon as we can.

There is no elevator, My room was up six flights of 15 steps each, something which Expedia apparently did not think it was important to mention. Breakfast was at a bar next door. The staff people at the bar were not friendly.

This B&B located in a busy old neighborhood. In the night it’s a little bit noisy and there is no elevator so you have to climb up to 3rd floor. Breakfast is one coffee and one croissant very simple. Pillows are old and stiff not comfortable. There is no conditioner.

The property is well located, it is clean but very basic. The stairs were a bit of an issue for us (we are not so young - there’s about 100 to our room and no lift). That aside the owner was very attentive and you are very well located. I just feel that the lack of a lift should be more prominent in the Hotel description and details.

Next door shop allowed us in afterwards This is not a Hotel This is an apartment complex on the third floor 4 flights of stairs totally 60 steps No water or snacks Please put a warning that this BnB is on the third floor without elevators And unless you are fit as an athlete you should not book this nonsense

This is a real find in the heart of Naples. You are a short walk from the main train station, bus stops, the museums and Duomo. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. If your a solo female traveler like me, I especially recommend it as the gentlemen in charge will help you with your bags and help find you services you need and provide lots of helpful information as how to access all the sites!

The property is unique in that the building was built over three centuries ago. That being said, there are some stairs to get to the location, so pack lightly. The hotel service was very friendly and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was a coupon for the cafe below, including a coffee and a pastry. The neighbourhood has lots of dining options, but the street is quite loud with traffic, horns, and sirens. The location is approximately 2km from the Centrale station and a short walk to a metro stop.

We arrived in the evening, so we needed a code to get in. Giangi, the owner, very kindly sent us details well in advance of our arrival and even made a personalised video on how to get to our room. On the day, we were welcomed by a note on the door, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean and it was very close to the relaxation room, where you could get free coffee and water. There was a TV, a double and a single bed, and generous wardrobe space. Giangi is the perfect host, offering help and advice whenever needed. He is very knowledgeable, so there is no problem when asking him for suggestions on what to see in Naples and the surrounding area. The hotel is not suitable for disabled people and those with mobility issues, as it is a very old building with no lift. This is made clear on the hotel's own website, but not mentioned when I booked on Expedia. My mother has mobility issues and struggled with the stairs, so thankfully, we were roomed on the lowest floor. The hotel is on Via Foria, one of the main arteries in Naples. It is not a quiet road at all and it is best to ensure your windows are closed at night if you don't want to hear the constant stream of car horns. Be very careful when crossing the road near the hotel because drivers and moped riders have a habit of not stopping at crossings. Breakfast is at the Bar Foria between 7am and 10am. A wonderful experience!
