overall, the hotel was fine. The room definitely had a musty mildew smell when we asked the bell staff of all the room smell like this. He said yes and they could send housekeeping with a spray. That alone wouldn't be enough for me to only give it three stars as the food was fantastic, and the facilities were nice. However, the water pressure was ridiculously low. Like someone dribbling droplets out of a cup on your head. We asked them to check out our room or change and they did change our room, but unfortunately, the other room had the same issue. So overall, the hotel is "fine" but definitely not four or five stars.

The staff were exceptional, the hotel was very clean and breakfast was fantastic. A fresh coat of paint would be nice in the hallways but overall, just an outstanding place. We would love to come again.

We enjoyed our stay at Naples Grande Resort. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and it was perfect! They even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a handwritten card wishing us a Happy Anniversary. We loved the boardwalk to get to the beach- it is absolutely gorgeous. The room was spacious, clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We highly recommend it.

Hotel is great, room spacious, nice welcoming lobby Pool very nice , restaurant look very but no customer for dinner only 6 people including us The food was bad , I don’t like to complaint normally But we ordered a fried calamari , the portion was very small re-heated dry and don’t test fresh at all I returned, I order also Mussels with chorizo was very salty , my wife order as burger and was ok But the burger they served in beach restaurant was must better Breakfast was excellent with nice presentation The restaurant staff was nice
