I don't understand why you have to pay $40 a day to use the pool. This is supposed to be included in the hotel reservation, but they don't inform you about it when you arrive, only when you leave after they charge you.

The room was very clean, but the pool was dirty, i found cucarach inside the water, and more insects arround. In the restaurants very short the personal attend the tables, take to long to be serviced, and the food in my second day was terrible, nothing good , and when i complain nothing happened, so different at my previous reservations, don't let me park my car at front to doing checking, and then park the car, send me directly to the parking, and the parking don't have elevators access to the loving, im carry on my self the suitcases up the stairs.
