rooms were dirty, smelled like mold, we were told we will be put in another room because they were doing construction all day long from 8 to 6pm banging on the wall and drilling all day long. I spent a lot of money for the two rooms and i expected to come here and relax but it was a nightmare of construction the whole time we were there. Not happy with the experience i had and the staff did nothing to accommodate us.

The pool slide and shallow area was great for families with young kids. The trams to the beach ran frequent enough we were never waiting too long. For summer, you want an even number room ending 02 - 10 to see sunsets from balcony. At least once during your stay, reserve a cabana bed on the beach. They take such good care of you on the beach. The sunsets are amazing! But right after, be sure to get in line for the trams back to the hotel as they only run a handful before stopping and you have to walk the 3/4 a mile boardwalk in darkness.

Food by the pool and inside near the lobby were both very good. The room was comfortable and had a nice view from the balcony. It was a little noisy above us with drilling or construction bc I guess renovating. Other than that, we had fun and the kids enjoyed the waterslide by pool.

We were two families that met up together for a one night/ two day stay. The hotel room and restaurants were wonderful. Our rooms were situated across from one another as requested. The ride to the beach was fast and beautiful. We loved seeing the manatee and looking at the sand dollars and fish in the Gulf!
