It was okay, constriction going on in the main entrance area that made it slippery and unsafe on the stairs.. The shower was leaking all over the floor but im sure both those things will he fixed going forward which will make it safer and better. You have to walk there because narrow streets make it unpassable for vehicles. Theres two balconies which is cool but we didnt try with the construction needed and going on but maybe if you feel adventurous try one out to see if they are stable!

We had a great stay here the night before our flight! The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are updated. A little tough to find but the staff was great at sending pictures and communicating. Would recommend!

Great location in heart of the action. No issues with noise despite the busy area of Spanish quarter. Clean, comfortable. Nice bathroom. Staff was helpful and were able to store our luggage there for a few hours after check out

Good- spacious room, modern washroom, comfortable beds, convenient area. Could be improved - one key for 3 adults made it hard to go out at separate times. Noise from other guests came through the door and ceiling as it wasn't very soundproof.

The location in the heart of Naples was an amazing experience. Locals were not only friendly but helpful. The exact location was difficult to find with only a small name placard on building next to the door. Several locals helped us find it. Loved the OLD neighborhood atmosphere just off Galleria Shopping street of Via Toledo. Very FUN location and felt safe.

ake sure you get a street terrace and a window!!!

If you got the room pictured, I’m sure you’d rate it 5 stars, but we got the room with no window and a super small terrace on the first floor of the interior of the building next to concrete walls and the trash bins. The bathroom is nice and the pillows superb but man, I could not wait to get out of there and see light. And also - best neighborhood!

Ideal place to stay in Napoli

Ideal location at the heart of Napoli. Well equipped, clean and very comfortable room. Tastefully decorated. Vibrant area, so I did appreciate my earplugs. Only comment I would make is would be nice to have a sign on the door of the atrium to make sure I'm in the right place next time. Would happily book to stay again if I visit Napoli again.

Great stay

They were really helpful and understanding when I told them I needed to check-in earlier, unfortunately they were full, BUT they kept my suitcases so I would be able to go sightseeing the city without having to worry about my luggage. The hotel is centrally located near Via Toledo where you will have shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and a 5 min. walk to the Harbor. I recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting Napoli!

Most comfortable bed!

This hotel is a great place to stay with a convenient location to the Port and shopping areas. The room was huge and the bed was some sort of memory foam mattress so really comfortable. All the facilities are modern. There is a tv with a good choice of channels too. It can be a little noisy at night (maybe the hotel could provide ear plugs) because of traffic and neighbours. It is also difficult to find the hotel at first so I recommend connecting to the WiFi at the airport and ensuring you’ve put the address into google maps. You don’t see much of the staff but they clean the room everyday at some point and are friendly over text. As a female solo traveller I felt quite safe. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We arrived a little before 3pm and had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to arrive. Other than that it was a pleasant night staying in this place. It is newly renovated so everything is spotless and all equipments just work. The location is next to one of the busiest neighbourhood in Naples so it's easy to explore the city from here.

Nights in Naples

Lovely room in more like an apartment than a hotel. Large comfortable bed and large rain shower. Slightly tricky to find so make sure you contact them about your arrival time (I used Facebook). Would recommend to anyone. 15 min walk from the port (and airport bus).
