Enter via steps to an open, nicely furnished and covered front deck, then through the front door into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. There is beautiful Porcelain tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight and has a pantry and plenty of cabinets and quartz counter space with tile backsplash. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, built-in microwave and refrigerator/freezer with two refrigerator doors and pull-out freezer drawer With ice maker. The water and ice dispenser is located in one of the doors. There is a stainless steel sink with disposal and a coffee maker. A quartz-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side with four bar stools on the dining and living area side. Everything is available to prepare full course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The adjacent dining area has a table seating eight, which flows nicely into the living area with an L-shaped sofa with pull-out bed on one side, accent tables, all on an area rug.
