Welcome to our stunning open-concept custom home, featuring a private heated saltwater pool with a sundeck shelf. Elegantly decorated in a coastal style, this spacious 4-bedroom ensuites retreat offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort. With six smart You Tube TVs for your entertainment. One TV is in the lanai, so you could be in the pool and enjoy your favorite tv show/game. We even provide a Tesla car charger for electric vehicles. Adaptor required for non-Tesla vehicles (not provided). This home has everything you need for a perfect vacation.

The expansive chef’s kitchen and great room area overlook the pool through double slider glass doors, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The screened lanai includes the heated pool, an outdoor summer kitchen, an outdoor shower, providing convenience and style. Enjoy alfresco dining with an outdoor summer kitchen, relax in the lounge area, or soak up the sun on one of the six chaise loungers. A large umbrella is available for those who prefer some shade.

For your convenience, we provide six bikes and beach toys for trips to Vanderbilt Beach, which is just a short walk away. Additionally, Delmor-Wiggins State Park is located less than two miles away.

Set your bags down and enjoy all this home has to offer. Located close to beaches, parks, shopping, restaurants, and beautiful golf courses, this house is perfectly situated for all your needs. This property is amazing, and Joe is the perfect host with his quick responses and attention to detail. The location is also perfect, a very easy walk to the beach. Everyone loved the extra touches like the bottle of wine and all of the things that the host provided such as shampoo, dishwasher detergent and the like. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

The house is beautiful and very clean. It's in an excellent location and was exactly as advertised. My reasons for not giving it 5 stars are due to some items that short term renters wouldn't notice. For example, the large master bedroom closet is being used as an owner's closet. I would have liked to have access to that space. I was also not given a garage door opener or code. This was an issue as I needed to park in the garage. One of my dogs is a runner and it would have been much easier to pull in the garage and close the door before I entered the house. And finally, the bed sheets were not up to the quality of the rest of the house.

We stayed at Villa Del Mare over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO houses and this home was the most immaculate home I’ve ever seen. It was absolutely spotless.The 4 bed/4 en-suite setup was perfect for our family. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen. The indoor kitchen was well equipped for the few meals we cooked. The provided beach towels, beach chairs, and beach wagon made our walk to Vanderbilt beach so easy.This brings me to the location of the house. A 10 minute walk to the Ritz, 12 minute walk to the beach, and 13 minute walk to Mercato mall made it so we barely had to use our car. We had to call Joe once when we adrives and he was super responsive and helpful.Only positive things to say about this rental! Will be back soon!

Glorious Vacation

We couldn't ask for a better property to enjoy a family vacation. Joe provided us with a welcome gift of wine, amenities such as bikes, beach chairs, and a cooler. It was very easy to enjoy a beach day with using those items. The pool scenery was unbelievable. We are able to play music on the TV outside and fire up the grill. The was plenty of space for every family having their own bedroom, as well as spending every evening in the living room. We will definitely stay again down the road.

Fabulous property!

We LOVED our stay at Joe’s property! The house is super clean and well stocked! He has thought of everything from beach chairs and a wagon to bikes and pool floats. This home was the perfect set up for our group of adults and toddler age kids. Would highly recommend!!

Perfection!

What a trip! Joe was outstanding with communication and making sure everything was perfect! The house was outstanding! 10 of us fit perfectly and there was plenty of space for quiet time as well! The location of the house to the beach was solid and having the pool to cool off after a long hot day was even better! When we return to Naples, we’ll definite be coming back! Thanks for everything!
