Hardwood floors throughout the common areas lend a sense of warmth and the high end kitchen is a dream for entertaining and cooking. The master suite has a king size bed and spacious bathroom with dual sink vanities, a shower and separate open soaking tub. Two guest bedrooms and a den allow space for guests and a quiet area to unwind away from the open kitchen and great room.
Outside your door, follow the bike and jog path that runs throughout the community to the clubhouse which has incredible amenities including a resort style pool with cabanas, lap pool, hot tub, fitness center, bocce, tennis and pickleball courts, a paddle board and kayak launch, and The Overlook Bar & Grill restaurant. The Isles of Collier Preserve is an eco-friendly community that is bordered by the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Naples Botanical Garden and Dollar Bay.
