Booked a ground floor multi bed (double plus single) room but given a double. Went back to reception to then be given a tiny twin. Went back again to finally be given the last multi bed room but on the 1st floor having made it clear in the booking that I needed a ground floor room as I was recovering from an operation and struggled with stairs.

À l arrivĂ©e changement de chambre car salle de bain sale avec prĂ©sence de poils dans lavabo...la suivante Ă©tait un peu mieux mais lavabo et miroir pas nickel...pas de rangement ,et chambre petite il faut ĂȘtre organisĂ© 😜pas de possibilitĂ© d avoir un oreiller supplĂ©mentaire...et aucune serviette au petit dĂ©jeuner...lit confortable et endroit calme.
