The entrance is via a terrace with a south-facing garden table and 2 deckchairs. The living room has a corner sofa bed (160x190), TV (French channels), and table. The separate bedroom has a double bed 140x190 and bunk beds.
The adjoining kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic hob with hood, a fridge with freezer compartment, a conventional coffee maker, a Nespresso pod coffee maker, a mini combi-oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric griddle (for outdoor use only).

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man erreicht alles zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten.Narbonne Plage ist in der Nebensaison wunderschön und ein malerischer Ort. Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus welches in zweiter Reihe hinter der Strandpromenade gelegen ist. Die Lage und Umgebung lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Die Wohnung selber ist für das notwendigste völlig okay, hat jedoch für Familien ihre Schwächen. Die Küche ist eher klein und es fehlt eine Spülmaschine und ein Backofen - der Herd ist sehr klein. Will man für 4 Personen kochen kommt man schnell an seine Grenzen. Der Abwasch ohne Spülmaschine verbraucht viel Wasser.Während unseres Aufenthaltes war der Stromhausanschluss sehr instabil. Bei dem Betrieb mehrere Geräte (zB Waschmaschine und Herd) flog regelmäßig der Hauptschalter. Dies wurde dem Vermieter gemeldet und wird sicher verbessert.Im Schlafzimmer sind die Wände feucht und die Fußleisten lösen sich, auch hier gibt es Optimierungspotential. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt - für einen Aufenthalt im Urlaub hat sie ihren Zweck erfüllt. Die Agentur Fütterer haben wir als sehr kompetent erlebt. Vermietung und alle organisatorischen Dinge verliefen reibungslos. Werden die Mängel abgestellt, kann ich die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Location agréable à vivre , tout y est et proche de tout !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un quartier tranquille . Belle plage surveillée à 2mn à pied , des animations tous les soir . Le tout dans un plain pied refait à neuf , facile à vivre , et très bien équipé .Accueille sympa ! Je recommande +++
