Cava Li Santi Residence is located in Santa Caterina, Nardò near Gallipoli. the structure is only 2 km from Porto Selvaggio, park and protected nature reserve of the Puglia region, famous for its uncontaminated nature and its crystal clear sea it is a destination for many tourists.
Cava Li Santi Residence takes its name because it was completely dug out of the rock of a Salento quarry and ancient shell fossils emerge from the rocky walls of the structure and the dry stone walls. The walls of the apartments were built respecting the style of the surrounding nature and of the quarry.
In the residence there are on the first floor 2 two-room apartments, sleeping 4+2 each. Each apartment has a large terrace equipped for exclusive use, pilot house, kitchen/living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, alcove with bunk-bed and bathroom with shower cubicle. Equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, fridge.
Pets are allowed with an extra cost.
The price includes: property delivered completely clean and equipped with bed linen and towels, utilities (water - gas for cooking use - electricity), wireless internet connection, bicycles available, use of the swimming pool with sunbeds. For stays longer than a week change of linen and cleaning of the apartment on Saturday.
