The staff are nice, the room is clean but not spacious, it's next to a convinient store. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to Keisei train station and also to JR station. There is a free ride going back to the airport. Overall, it's a great place for a short stay, especially for travellers looking for easy access to transportation.

Great layover hotel for Narita! We are SO happy they have changed to softer beds. We stayed for 3 nights this time and were very comfy. Super convenient for the train and the airport
