Alll the employees are extraordinarily courteous n friendly. Especially the early 5 am front desk young man. He made sure we knew how to to get to the airport shuttle. And the shuttle bus driver n the helper gentleman were so kind n friendly

Excellent guest care

Hotel location is excellent right by Narita station where nearby metro/train stations, also bus to Aeon shopping mall. Hotel offers shuttle bus to the airport & check in/out procedures were easy, fast, Excellent. Each floors had microwave ovens as well as ironing equipment which was another detail care for guests. Highly recommend for budget travelers.

Great stays at APA

APA Hotels have been one of our go to hotels while in Japan. Locations are great, properties are updated, well amenitied, clean, safe. Prices are competitive. For some reason, every time upon check in their computer system never recognizes my passport info thus prolonging/delaying the said matter. Thought it was a one time glitch but it happens always. Staff cannot explain why this happens as well.

I enjoy staying at APA Hotels it is my go to place in Japan. Service and staff are always great. Rooms are clean and they provide bathroom amenities. All you need to bring is body and face lotion.

convenient stay for airport travelers

close to station that directly takes you to NRT, with express trains too. hotel is located on the bottom of hill, station is higher up on hill, so getting to hotel may require some time on elevator/escalator leaving the station (look for the right exit) to save you from walking the ramp on side of road. otherwise, hotel offers direct bus service to airport, we called front desk to reserve our seats for the bus leaving the next morning.

Great, helpful staff. Very easy access to the Narita trains. Paid breakfast had western and local options. Shuttle service was easy to access and the driver was courteous and helpful with our luggage. The room accommodation was comfortable. At first, it did not appear we could fit our 6 suitcases in the room but having the underbed storage was smart. It unfortunately sacrifices the bed comfort. Mattress was a bit too stiff. Bathroom was pretty awesome, very reminiscent of a cruise ship premium bathroom. I think our biggest problem was the TV did not have volume control. I highly recommend this property though for the price!

The hotel is next to Keisei Narita Station, very convenient to take the bus, train. Also the hotel is clean and provide hot tub which is relaxing and shuttle bus from and to airport which save time and cost. Nice and professional staff. We will stay at this hotel again.
