The propery was a little run down. It needs some upgrades. Like the latch in our window, malfunction and we found it open one night when we arrived to the hotel. It was scary becaise we were in the 10th floor. In addition, there was walpaper peeling off.

Convenient location

Herewith only one indoor onsen, compared with other APA HOTEL, they have outdoor onsen as well. Hotel is at convenience location, closed by visiting points, and there are many restaurants near by.

This was probably the worst hotel experience of my life. The only plus side to it is that it’s walkable from the subway station. My room was tiny, which I expected, but I didn’t expect to hit my knees in the bathroom at every turn because it’s so cramped. The air conditioning vent was right above the bed because the room is so small so it’s either turn on the ac and blast the air in your face or turn it off. It also smelled musty, like dirty wet rags. My bedspread was stained. The carpet was dark so you could see all the dust and hair buildup on the corners. The closet in the room was locked so no idea what that area was for. Check in was easy and staff is friendly but the front desk agent made me miss my airport shuttle in the morning so I had to use a taxi anyway which negated the only reason I booked that hotel. Go somewhere else. This hotel isn’t worth it if you’re paying over 50 usd a night.

Everything was great like all APA hotels. A strange policy of the hotel is they message you the day before saying you have to advise of the time you are getting there and if either you don’t reply or show up 2 hours outside of that time they will cancel your reservation? Not even sure how they do that as then Expedia will still charge for a no show. I see that as a liability as sometimes you aren’t able to check your email or messages while traveling. Everything else was great.

Overall, my stay was nice, the place was clean and was within walking distance of the shopping areas, and the train station. My only negative was my bed was not comfortable. It was hard as a brick, but overall like the room.
