Excellent facilities and customer service — would definitely return The hotel is a massive property with a lot to offer — excellent customer service, a 24/7 Family Mart on-site, two restaurants (Japanese and Chinese), a breakfast buffet, a tennis court, an indoor pool, and a sauna. They even have an onsen (hot spring) available for just $5. The staff were very attentive and helpful — a refreshing change compared to the often rushed service you might experience elsewhere in a busy city like Tokyo. Free shuttle from and to the airport and to the mall as well. A beautiful garden in the property, with a small waterfall and beautiful fishes. Our room was very spacious, with a bathtub and plenty of comfort. It was a bit warm even though the air conditioning was set to 15°C, but the hotel promptly provided a portable air conditioner, which helped a lot. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, the hotel’s great amenities and attentive service made it a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend it and would happily come back!

NRT overnight change of H ❤️

Arriving from a 10day cruise and doing an overnight stay at NRT. Initially stayed at Narita Gateway when we arrived which had good shuttle service and good buffet but we (5pax) decided to change hotels as we found Gateway too dtd. and full of mainland Chinese Tour Groups which made the hotel quite hectic. Mystays Premier was an earlier options which was slightly more expensive. It had the same shuttle services but with exclusive to the Hotel only buses that made it a winner! Despite volume of guest (it’s a flight crew hotel) front desk was great and they even received a package for us before we arrived. Didn’t book breakfast since we have an early flight but their shuttle service opens as early as 6am (and breakfast buffet also)

The property and staff are very nice. However, we stayed in a nonsmoking room, but the room had a lingering smell of smoke. They do offer a bus to and from the airport as well as a bus to the nearby shopping center. The hotel itself is pretty secluded the only things being near are other hotels, so it is recommended to use the bus that is offered if you do want to go anywhere. Overall, a good property.

No issue with the hotel easy check-in and check-out, concierge held on to our luggage that we shipped and the courtesy transport to the hotel was quick and efficient. Great place for a layover stay but not close to anything without taking a bus or car service.

This hotel is SO BEAUTIFUL! I wish I had booked it for several days longer. Narita area is very cute! The little shop in the hotel is fantastic… Filled with yummy, healthy foods and souvenirs. The free shuttle is incredibly convenient and goes to the airport, a train station, and a shopping mall… So many options! The staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is delightful. And THE GARDEN! OH, THE GARDEN! It is so beautiful, tranquil, and lovely. The koi fish are sweet and like to see people, and they are very pretty. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and look forward to returning for the night before our departure from Japan. The beds are comfortable. My ONLY criticism is the pillows… The soft one is lumpy and the firm one is too thick. Plus they are small (square, not rectangle). But everything else was amazing.
