Staff are so helpful and friendly! They explained to me all kinds of shuttles provided by the hotel to go to Aeon Mall, Narita Station. Very convenient especially if you have a late flight and some time to kill after checking out.

We booked this room to stay the nght before leaving Tokyo because of its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great and the entire staff was very friendly and eager to please. The rooms were nice but older and possibly in need of a refresh. Our first room had a strange odor but when we complained the staff instantly moved us to a different room. They had a convenience store and several restaurants on site. They have a pool but it was closed. Overall this hotel is a very good choice for people transitioning to and from Narita airport.

The Staff at the Nikko is first class!! They don’t come any better. 24hour convenient store in the hotel is nice. They offer in room massages from a 3rd party as well as the hotel itself which are high quality and reasonably priced. The bad news is that the hotel is very tired and in serious need of new flooring and beds. Overall, the hotel is priced fair.

It was very easy to find the stop outside the airport to get the shuttle and times were clear. Staff is very attentive and friendly, making every effort to make your stay comfortable and anxiety free. The breakfast was a production of many choices and it w as delicious!

The hotel is near the NARITA airport and it’s very convenient. It has shuttle to transfer to and from NARITA airport. The room is clean and roomy. However, the bed is a bit hard. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices between west and east food. It has 3 restaurants and it even has Lawson convenient store inside. Highly recommend for a short stay
