Despite having stayed in HotelNikki Norita for 8 room nights (me & family which I paid for) in the previous 2 weeks, we were given a small, old, unrenovated room with daytime construction on a neighboring floor. The dinner menus list, in bold, prices that require membership in some club. So we were charged substantially more for nothing. The shuttle service to airport and Narita station were priceless. Breakfast & Dinner (overpriced ) buffet were very good.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was extremely convenient allowing for easy of traveling. The shuttles run twice an hour allowing for good options for any flight arrival or departure time. They offer late check in times which helped for when we arrived. The Lawsons in the hotel is also very helpful if you are hungry and things are not open, or if you just need snacks.

Unfortunately it was a sleepless night as the room AC apparently isn’t turned on and our room temp was 81 degrees ( 27 degrees ) through the night. It was in the high ‘60s outside. Very efficient airport shuttle and bell crew in lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful overall.
