A Noteworthy Stay in The 1865 Building

A Noteworthy stay at the historic 1865 Tobacco Building is special for so many reasons. Not only will you feel cozy and comfortable; it is also full of history and fun. The shared bar patio with TV's, grill, out door seating, and a dip pool is the perfect place to unwind or just go one mile up the road to find fun on Broadway with all the music! The Unit also has a rooftop shared patio with cozy seating! There is ample parking that is free, and a private workout room. This one bedroom, one bathroom with a pull out couch that sleeps 4 comfortably is the perfect oasis! We love the character of this unit. The exposed brick, graffiti on the walls, comfortable bed and ample amount of kitchen items will make you feel right at home. Step outside of the building and travel less than 5 minutes to Broadway, Midtown, The Westend, and The Gulch. Nashville has so much to offer and discover!

Cutest little getaway

We are local to the area and just wanted to have a cute girls night. The house was easily accessible and answered all my questions timely. There is a speakeasy in the basement, which was a really cool surprise for us. The actual space was super cute and clean highly recommend for anybody coming out of town.

Noteworthy unit

Beautiful unit, clean building. The only thing it’s about 3.5 mile walk to downtown Nashville. We never did walk but ended up using the local bus service which was convenient and inexpensive. I wouldn’t recommend the speakeasy in the basement. Prices are high and bar snacks did not taste fresh. Otherwise a fun time in Nashville for CMA Fest2024!

BEAUTIFUL AND COMFY STAY

This place is really beautiful and comfy! We had all that we needed for a great stay! The host was wonderful and so flexible that it made our trip so much more easier! It is a way from the broadway strip but a uber will get you their just fine. Thank you! hope to be back again soon!!

this is a great newly remodled great location, awesome amenities. beautiful interior. i wish i could have rented it as a long term apt!!!! kitchen was right out of a magazine. big bathroom. hot water very much move in ready

Convenient Location

This place was a extremely nice, and clean. Although you have to Uber or drive to most places, it’s very close to all of the major attractions. Would highly recommend staying here. Check in process was easy, and has nice amenities.

We came in town for a concert. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast. It was had everything we needed. it was a fun and convenient place close to downtown .
