The room we had was very clean and pretty well stocked with kitchen items if you wanted to get things from grocery. Walkable to many things to do in downtown Nashville. Daughter loved and wants yo do Bachelorette party there!

We loved the studio apartment we stayed in. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and to have a separate living room area where we could relax. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient

Ok/Could’ve been better

Great stay, friendly staff, clean room. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the very expensive (almost $300 for 3 days) of parking and very small and narrow parking deck. We paid extra to have a room with a private entrance but they didn’t readily have a key available , had to ask and wait as they searched through a bunch of different ones and finally found the one that worked. There was no TV in the bedroom which was a little frustrating for my husband. There was an issue with the hot water, it would run out before you could finish bathing, maintenance was to come but never did in the 3 days we were there.

Absolutely horrible from first day. Would never recommend staying here. Complete waste of money in every way. Stay away. The other Placemakr seemed decent but the one on music row! So don’t get them confused.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable but the pull out couch was a little strange the way it worked. You feel safe in the area and the building. I woudlve liked to have a tv in the bedroom. The place only has a small water heater. Probably 20 gallon. So if you have 4 or 5 people staying who are all gonna shower, you better make them quick. Overall i might stay again but would probably look around first for something better.

We had neighborhood filled with homeless, one spent the night on our patio stoop. Interior decorations and furnishings were subpar, leaving us, discouraged at best, Two bathroom doors, one light switch, etc. etc. Significant distance from Broadway Street resided, location was poor. Homeless everywhere! You get the idea.

We love this property. This is our second stay here and look forward to future visits. Frankly, it will be my go-to choice whenever visiting Nashville. We did have a pretty substantial problem though on this visit. There was no Wifi, thus no internet access and ability to work while in Nashville. This is among the top priorities for us when we visit. We work remotely for several hours per day. We understand that this was a provider/carrier issue, however that does not diminish the fact that we were unable to work while there. Al Gerhart 716-544-5398

Friendly staff. Like that you can park on street otherwise 40 a night. The units are spacious . Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper walls are paper thin.Fully stocked kitchen however no washcloth or teatowel to do dishes. Overall for the price it was worth it.
