It’s very clean and about a 25 minute walk to Broadway. Breakfast could have been better for the price you can go to Gulch for a better breakfast and overall experience.

Clean room, excellent staff, there is a $40.00 parking fee on their lot, it was worth it for front door service. It was 20 degrees the morning we left and all I had to do was go to the email they sent me and let them know we were ready to leave 15 minutes before, our vehicle was warm and ready to go at the front door when we checked out. We enjoyed our stay.

I thought the breakfast could have been better and better options some people don’t eat eggs (like myself) and that’s all that’s was on the menu also the ham looked like canned spam ! And I’ve never had to pay for breakfast at a hotel it’s alway complimentary. It’s an every nice establishment and I loved the rooftop they had amazing food !

Internet went out as I was getting my keys. The rooms were clean but hotel is next to hospitals, lots of noise from constant ambulance traffic. I barely slept. Kuerig in room did not work. Not the best stay. If you need sleep do not stay here.

Over all the room and hotel were great! The actual area isn’t much at the moment, but wasn’t too bad a walk to shops and restaurants. The only real downside was they charged $40 a day for valet with no other option for parking. (Though I’m sure that was stated at time of booking) Just seemed a little high when it was the only parking option offered.
