The room & hotel as a whole were very clean! Just a few notes for the reasoning of 3 stars: 1. The front desk agent did not tell us about our $15 daily food credit, which was paid for in fees, so would have been wasted money had I not read the fine print on the key folder. 2.Housekeeping missed our room on day one. When calling down to the desk, the agent stated that we must have had our DND sign up which is why they missed us.. which was incorrect, we never used the sign, it was just an excuse instead of taking ownership of the mistake. 3.The complimentary shuttle service is an awesome feature and will get you to a lot of popular spots, however the drivers are very rude. They acted as if requesting a ride was an inconvenience to them, even though we left a tip each time. They did not put on their seatbelt so the alarm continued to ding throughout the ride, took sharp turns, blatantly ran stop signs and played vulgar music in the car. The ride didn’t feel welcoming, safe or give off a “hospitality” industry vibe. 4.The app and website boast gorgeous features such as a roof bar and more specifically a moon/space themed bar. We thought this was super cool and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, just to find that those were Ai generated images and these bars are still “under construction” and not available to guests. 5- food service at the cafe is EXTREMELY slow with poor communication. I waiting 35 min for 2 breakfast burritos after being quoted a 10 min pick up

When we got to the hotel, they could not find our reservation. I showed the receipt from Expedia and the room I had booked and the man at the desk kept apologizing for the inconvenience. They said because of the inconvenience, they upgraded our room to a king suite. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and the room was incredible. They even sent us a bottle of wine because i said it was my husbands bday. They have a shuttle that took us to the comedy club and picked us up. We will definitely be staying here again. Best hotel we have stayed at in Nashville
