The check in process was seamless. No wait and even though we arrived 3 hours veggie check in, our room was ready and they let us go on up with no extra charge. The staff is very friendly. The entire facility is clean. Our room was great! The hotel also offers free shuttle service to downtown / Broadway area and was quick to get us where we needed to be. I would highly recommend staying here!

The room looked great but quite a few things missed the mark. We got to Nashville super early and went to the hotel to see if any early check in would be available, but it wasn't, no big deal. But the room still wasn't ready at 4 at the normal check in time. There was a light on the terrace that was flashing like a strobe light all night, the thermostat wasn't able to be changed, there was absolutely no hot water at 4am when we were trying to shower and leave and when we went to make coffee with the Nespresso machine, the cops were too small and it overflowed everywhere. The room and hotel overall were very spacious and gorgeous and the staff was pleasant. Things could have been much better though for such a new hotel.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stellar Stay at the Canopy! My girlfriend and I stayed at the Canopy Hotel in downtown Nashville for a quick overnight trip, and we were absolutely blown away. The hotel is beautiful — modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. It has a cool industrial-chic vibe that made the experience upscale and unique. Every interaction we had with the staff was fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay feel even more special. From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, everything was truly top-notch. Shout out to Emma, front desk, Joe, driver and the restaurant staff including Akash and Tina. We caught you guys caring about and loving what you do. We love that! 😊 We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend the Canopy if you’re staying in Nashville — we’ll definitely be back!
