New hotel, right in the Gulch. The hotel is gorgeous inside with one of the biggest hotel closet spaces I’ve seen in a while! :) perfectly located around a tonnn of different food options and Broadway is only a 15 minute walk away. Ubers were super easy to get, as well. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and the valet were quick and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Very new hotel in the Gulch and a short walk to lower Broadway bars. New hotel so in great shape. Staff was very friendly, especially valet parking. Management should increase the staff at the cafe and bar or train front desk help. Often had 4 people standing around at the front desk while 1 barista had 6 or more people in line. That would be my only suggestion...otherwise fantastic stay.

The rooms are small but adequate. Lighting was very poor. Water pressure was substandard in my opinion. But by far, the elevator was most annoying. The buttons are located outside the elevator, and the number of people always getting on and not having a way to tell the elevator where to go from the inside, thus forcing them off and wasting my time, was maddening. I call this a major design flaw!

We had a wonderful stay at the Caption by Hyatt in downtown Nashville! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the location is walking distance from all the shops and bars downtown. Would definitely stay there again!
